I'm not going to actually post the recipe, because you can get it just about anywhere, and I'm lazy this morning. And I didn't take pictures of the whole process, so this is really a half-done, lazy post. But it was SO good! Make it NOW!
And then I poured in the wine and the beef broth, and then I cooked it. And it was excellent. Don't be scared! Make it soon!
