I love that book! A warning: in most of the recipes you will need other parts of the book to complete it, and if you don't read the recipe all the way through at first you run the risk of doing something too quickly, thus ruining the recipe! However, the Apple Tarte, Boeuf Bourgignon, and chicken with mushroom cream sauce are AMAZING!!!!
